# Sync

> Keep your library the same on every device.

Choose how your library syncs in **Settings › Sync**:

* **iCloud** — through every Mac and iPad signed in to your iCloud account, in your own private iCloud storage.
* **Google Drive** — for devices that don't share an iCloud account. Sign in to the same Google account (the church's) on each.
* **Off** — this device's library stays on this device.

## What syncs

Presentations, themes, playlists, layouts, media lists and audio playlists. When the same thing is changed on two devices before they sync, the later change wins.

Screens, outputs, Looks and the CCLI usage report stay with each device.

To capture: Settings › Sync with iCloud chosen and the status showing up to date.

## Media files

Choose whether each device keeps every media file, or downloads them when they're needed.
